Dockage:
    Overnight/Transient:
    $2.00 per foot per night*. 20% discount for SeaTow or TowBoat U.S. Members with proof of membership. Floating concrete docks (overflow is on fixed).

    Weekly and Monthly:
    Discounted rates apply the longer you stay.*

    Annual Slip Lease:
    Fixed docks starting at $160.00 per foot per year, minimum $4,800 per year. Concrete floating docks starting at $170.00 per foot per year, minimum of $5,120 per year. Annual contract required***. Please pay in advance. Minimums apply.

    *Length measured from bow pulpit to furthest aft protrusion on vessel.
    **Please check in upon arrival with Dockmaster or Ship Store Cashier.
    ***Annual slip leases arranged through our business office.

Personal Watercraft Dock, floating, drive on docks:
    $17.50/day per PWC or $105/week per PWC
    (rent 2 PWC docks and receive 15% off)
    $25 in, $25 out fee to lift PWC to/from trailer from/to water

Boat Storage:
    Outside Rack Storage:
    $127.00 per foot per year (annual contract required), please pay in advance*. Minimum $2,540 annually. **

    Inside Rack Storage:
    $150.00 per foot per year for boats up to 28'
    $160.00 per foot per year for boats over 28'
    Annual contract required, please pay in advance*. Minimum $3,000 annually. **

    * Vessel length measured from tip of bow pulpit to furthest aft protrusion. Certain T-Tops or arches require special placement and may be charged additional fees or minimums.
    **Rates include in and out forklift service, freshwater rinse of hull and freshwater engine flush (if special procedures required to flush engine or engine is required to be run while flushing a fee will be charged).

    Boat detailing, canvas set up, storage prep, breakout & bay test, battery charging and much more available through Rose Marina Service Department.
